Prometheus is Capaciti AHI's internal operating system: a fleet of 31 specialist AI agents, organized into the departments of a real company, coordinated by one orchestrator, governed by rules that are enforced in code. Each agent is a named specialist with a defined charter, a toolset, and a supervisor. They don't talk to each other directly; every message routes through NEXUS, the orchestrator, and lands in an append-only audit log. Priority lanes put money and escalations first. Quality gates make agents score each other's output before it ships — a proposal doesn't leave the building until a second agent rates it 85 or better. There is no side channel.
